Reinzosil RTV Gasket Sealant for Abarth 500 & 595

Seal water pump and sump with Victor Reinz Reinzosil, a solvent-free, permanently elastic, fast-hardening RTV silicone gasket maker. The 70ml tube is supplied with a nozzle and applicator key for controlled application.

Suitable Applications

Use for sealing suitable automotive joints including water pumps and oil sumps, as well as valve covers, cylinder liners, gearboxes and axles. Suitable for flat, rough or uneven metal and synthetic surfaces, including gasket-less joints. The sealant can be used on vertical or overhead surfaces without sagging.

Application

• Remove old gasket material and clean and dry the sealing surfaces, removing oil and grease.
• Puncture the tube seal, fit the nozzle and trim it to the bead size required.
• Apply a continuous bead to one clean surface and assemble while the sealant is fresh, following the product and vehicle manufacturer’s instructions.
• Tighten fasteners evenly and observe the manufacturer’s guidance for the specific application.
