Motorsport Brake Parts

Brake system components for race, rally and track builds — master cylinders, bias adjustment, line locks, reservoirs and high-temperature fluid. These are the parts you need when you're building or rebuilding a braking system rather than servicing a standard one.

Racing brake fluid

Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, and moisture lowers the boiling point. When fluid boils it turns to vapour, which compresses — that's the long pedal that suddenly goes to the floor on the third hard lap. High dry boiling points buy you margin.

• Motul RBF 660 — 325°C dry boiling point, the established club-level choice
• Motul RBF 700 — higher specification again for sustained track use
• Halo P1 specialist racing fluid — 600ml

Bias & proportioning

• AP Racing proportioning valve
• Wilwood bias proportioning valve
• Brake bias proportioning valve — adjusts front-to-rear brake pressure split, letting you tune out rear lockup or dial in rotation on turn-in

Master cylinders & reservoirs

• Wilwood brake and clutch master cylinder — for pedal box installations
• Brake fluid reservoir — remote mounting for pedal box and custom setups

Line locks & couplings

• Brake line lock — holds pressure in the front circuit for standing starts and burnouts
• AN3 dry break quick release coupling — 3/8x24 JIC, for removable brake lines on quick-change setups
