I contacted BRT to help me solve a brake line problem on a 40 year old Harley Davidson rebuild. The front brake line fitment was one I'd never seen before, and wasn't sure how to address. Paul at BRT identified the odd fitments, offered options to improve them, and did this all out of hours. Ordering the parts that evening I got them 2 days later by first class mail, exactly as described and they fitted perfectly. The cost was very reasonable too.
An excellent result and a welcome reminder that many small businesses go out of their way to deliver a great service. Thank you.

Brilliant... needed a Peltor to Stilo intercom adapter and saw BRT stocked one for a lot less money than everywhere else. Thought what the hell, give it a go and see..... no problems at all! Ordered Friday night at 16.30 it arrived Sunday morning 09.15! Checked it out on the car.... good strong connections that were definitely not coming undone on stage, and good clear two way communication. How to save myself forty quid, get a better service and quite possibly a better product too.
Can also say it performed really well in competition too...and I was right, it connects so well it was even hard to get apart at the end of the day.
