About BRT Motorsport
BRT Motorsport Ltd is a motorsport parts manufacturer and specialist retailer based in North East Aberdeenshire, Scotland. We manufacture custom braided brake hoses in-house and supply performance and repair parts for the Abarth 500, 595 and 695 — alongside AN fittings, brake components and vehicle-specific hose kits for road, race, rally and track cars across the UK and Europe.
Founded in 2015, we bring over 20 years of hands-on motorsport experience to everything we do — from the products we stock to the advice we give.
What we make
Our braided brake hoses are built here, not bought in. Every hose is assembled to order using a PTFE inner core inside a stainless steel braid, rated to 4,206 PSI working pressure, in nine colours and any length from 80mm to 8,000mm. You choose both end fittings and the angle at each end, and we build it.
That means we can supply a hose for almost anything — from a listed Abarth or Transporter kit to a one-off for a car nobody else covers. Send us your old hose or a photo of the ends and we'll identify the fittings for you.
Abarth 500, 595 and 695 specialists
A significant part of what we do is Abarth. We stock brakes, suspension, driveshaft, hub and bearing, engine bay, exhaust, steering, exterior and wheel parts for the 500, 595 and 695 — covering Turismo, Competizione and Biposto variants across both Euro 5 and Euro 6 1.4 T-Jet cars.
It isn't a catalogue exercise. We regularly compete in a R3T Abarth 595 tarmac rally car and current project fitting an Abarth engine into a RWD classic, both done in-house, using the same components we sell.
AN fittings and fluid lines
We carry a full range of AN-3 through AN-12 hose and fittings — banjo ends, swivel and fixed unions, circlip groove females, bulkhead fittings, adaptors, banjo bolts and copper washers — for brake, clutch, fuel, oil and power steering line builds.
Our motorsport background
We started out competing in the Scottish Rally Championship in 1998 before moving to the Scottish Tarmac Rally Championship, where we took the championship title in 2014. That experience on the stages is what drives our approach to the products we supply — we know what works under pressure because we've used it ourselves.
