Honda Civic Type R FN2 Braided Clutch Hose

Braided clutch hose and damper bypass for the Honda Civic Type R FN2, built to order at BRT Motorsport.

The FN2 uses a clutch damper in the hydraulic line, fitted from the factory to smooth pedal action. It also blunts feel and is a known failure point — when it leaks or collapses, clutch actuation becomes vague or fails entirely. Our braided hose bypasses the damper completely, replacing it and the OE rubber line with a single PTFE-lined stainless braided hose. The result is a firmer, more direct pedal and a sharper bite point.
