The track and motorsport-specification front suspension arm upgrade for the Abarth 500 and 595, for models fitted with standard halogen headlights. These front suspension arms come pre-assembled with Powerflex Black Series polyurethane bushes — Powerflex’s hardest compound, engineered for maximum suspension geometry control under the high loads of track, competition, and aggressive fast road use. Ready to install straight from the box with no pressing or additional assembly required. Supplied as a pair (front left and right). 12-month warranty.

Black Series vs Road Series — Which is Right for You?

• Black Series (this kit): Powerflex’s hardest 95A compound. Maximum stiffness and geometry control for track, competition, and aggressive fast road use. Increased NVH compared to Road Series — some road comfort is sacrificed for performance. Best suited to dedicated track cars or semi-competition builds.

Why Powerflex Black Series?

Under the high lateral and longitudinal loads of track driving, standard rubber bushes — and even Road Series polyurethane — can allow a degree of deflection that shifts suspension geometry away from its set alignment. The Black Series 95A compound is engineered to resist this deflection under the most demanding conditions, maintaining consistent track and camber angles through hard cornering, heavy braking, and rapid direction changes.

NVH Trade-Off

The increased stiffness of the Black Series compound will result in greater noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) transmission into the cabin compared to Road Series or OEM rubber bushes. This is an expected and accepted trade-off for the performance gains delivered. For vehicles used primarily on the road, the Road Series kit (BRT1143) offers a better balance of performance and everyday comfort.
