Abarth 500 / 595 Xenon Front Suspension Arm — Front Left

A replacement front lower suspension arm (wishbone) for the Abarth 500 and 595, specifically for models fitted with Xenon (HID) headlights. Xenon-equipped Abarth 500 and 595 models use a different front suspension arm to standard halogen models — the Xenon arm incorporates the mounting point for the headlight self-levelling sensor, which is attached to the front suspension to measure ride height and automatically adjust the headlight beam angle. Using the incorrect arm on a Xenon-equipped vehicle will result in missing or incorrectly positioned sensor mounting, causing headlight levelling faults. Supplied as a single front left arm. 12-month warranty.

Why is the Xenon Suspension Arm Different?

Xenon (HID) headlights on the Abarth 500 and 595 are fitted with an automatic self-levelling system, which uses a ride height sensor attached to the front suspension arm to measure the vehicle’s pitch angle and adjust the headlight beam accordingly — preventing the headlights from dazzling oncoming traffic when the vehicle is loaded. This sensor mounts directly to the front suspension arm, which means Xenon-equipped models require a specific arm with the correct sensor bracket. Standard halogen models do not have this sensor and use a different arm without the bracket.
