A lightweight anodised alloy banjo bolt with M16x1.5 thread, designed for use with banjo fittings and adaptors in power steering, fuel, brake, and oil line applications. An essential component when using banjo-style hose ends or adaptors — the banjo bolt passes through the banjo eye and threads into the port to create a secure, sealed fluid connection.

What Does a Banjo Bolt Do?
The banjo bolt passes through the hollow eye of a banjo fitting or adaptor and threads directly into the port on a pump, rack, caliper, or other component. Copper or aluminium sealing washers (sold separately) are used either side of the banjo eye to create a leak-free seal. Always replace sealing washers when reusing a banjo bolt.
Fitment & Compatibility
Compatible with any banjo fitting or adaptor with a matching M16x1.5 thread. Commonly used with our M16 banjo adaptors and M16 to AN6 banjo adaptors. Always verify thread size and pitch against your port before ordering.
